New VP Will Focus on Client Growth and Retention Strategies
Gary Goodhile, a principal and founding partner at Sullivan Benefits, recently announced the addition of John Webber, CEBS, CLU, to the company’s management team.
John brings over 25 years of diverse employee benefits experience to Sullivan Benefits. He has spent the majority of his career working on the carrier side of the business, marketing health and welfare benefit plans to mid-sized to large market employers. John possesses an extensive background in the areas of sales, marketing, client support and underwriting of both insured and as self-funded benefit plans. He believes a collaborative approach with all stakeholders is necessary to bring sustainable affordability to Health and Welfare Benefit plans. Prior to joining Sullivan Benefits, John served in various capacities within United Healthcare, Wausau Insurance Companies and State Mutual.
John holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Chartered Life Underwriter, (CLU) designation from the American College in Bryn Mar, PA. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Bentley University, in Waltham, MA.
A member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, (ISCEBS) and the New England Employee Benefits Council, (NEEBC), John is an active member of the NEEBC Development Committee.
