Massachusetts Health Care Reform Act has created new obligations for employers. Are you in compliance?

• Adopted a Massachusetts compliant Section 125 Plan that meets the Connector’s requirements as of July 1, 2007?
• Established a remittance account with the Connector for current or for future employees electing to participate in your Massachusetts Section 125 Plan?
• Obtained executed HIRD (Health Insurance Responsibility Disclosure) Forms from all employees declining to enroll in your employer sponsored health plan and/or Section 125 Plan?
• Completed your employer online Fair Share Contribution and HIRD filing (due November 15, 2007)?
